Can I return my purchase?

Legal Notice

 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified through our efforts to avoid fraud and/or account abuse.

Rock’Em will gladly accept your returns for exchange or credit within 15 days of purchase arrival. If you are attempting to return or exchange your item after the 15 day period Rock'em reserves to right to refuse your request to return, exchange or issue store credit. Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn). Our inventory changes daily and the item request may not always be available in the size requested for the exchange, in the case that the item is not available in the size desired we may offer you to select another item equal in price or offer store credit for a future purchase. We do NOT offer Refunds instead we offer store credit or exchange for an item of the same value as the one originally purchased.

Once we receive your return, please allow 7-14 business days for processing

Boots may be exchanged or credited only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.

Hats may be exchanged or credit if they are in as-new condition.

Unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse you for any shipping costs you incur when purchasing an item at Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost to and from.

How long before I can return my item?

Our policy lasts 15 days after arrival day. If 15 days have gone by since you received the package, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.

For information on how to get an exchange/store credit started please send an email to

  • Some Clearance or Sale items are Final Sale

  • Items that are stretched out are final sale and are not returnable.

  • All Jewelry is Final Sale

  • Store Credit May not be combined with any discount codes.                       
  • Mayor Discounted items or Codes are Final Sale.
  • Exchanged items do not qualify for exchange or return.


ALL orders will be processed within 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS (EXCLUDES HOLIDAYS)

Once the order has been fulfilled please allow 5-10 Business days for your order to arrive.

In the event of weather conditions delaying any orders Rock’em will not be responsible and will not offer refunds.

 We HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU to track your shipment and make sure you will be available to receive the delivery upon arrival.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package was lost or damaged, please contact us so that we can investigate the delivery with the package carrier.

Lost or damaged packages must be reported to us within 24 hours of the carrier-reported delivery date. Unfortunately, package theft is increasingly common, and we are not responsible for items stolen from residences or businesses.

In the rare event that a package is lost, we will work with the shipping company to conduct a lost package search.

In most cases of damaged packages, we will need to inspect the damaged product before sending a replacement. In cases in which the shipping company confirms it damaged the package, a replacement can be sent once the carrier has taken possession of the damaged product.


Once an order is received it may not be canceled. Rock’em may offer a return or store credit in exchange of the total amount paid at checkout if the order has not been shipped  out, if the order has left our warehouse customer would need to wait for the order to arrive and begin a return process
